When do I need to give you a final count for my event?
A tentative guest count should be given six to eight weeks before the date of the event.  All final counts are needed seven days prior to your event.  This final count will be the minimum number billed.

What if my guest count is different than I anticipated?
We set for and prepare to serve slightly more than your final count for events.  However, when your actual guest attendance exceeds the final count reserved, we will make efforts to provide ample food for all guests, but there is no guarantee of food availability above your final count.
If you have more guests than your final count, you will be billed for the actual numbers of guests served.  If you have fewer guests than your final count, you will still be billed for your final count.

Do you have a liquor license and liability insurance?
We carry all necessary insurance’s – details can be forwarded if required.
An occasional liquor licence can be applied for, for bone fide events.  Grant of such licence is, however at the discretion of the courts.

Can I get some references?
We would be pleased to put you in touch with previous customers for reference purposes.
