How far in advance do we need to book Hamilton & Kirk’s services?
As much notice as possible is best.  We do have weddings booked 3 years in advance and some jobs are taken on with only 24 hours notice.

I have already booked my catering with Hamilton & Kirk.  When do I need to meet with you to discuss our menu and other details?
Typically, we like to meet with you at the time you book your reception or event to discuss the basic details.  Six to eight weeks out you will have determined your guest list so we can prepare an accurate final estimate of the catering costs and finalise timings and details.

Do you have any suggestions for a location in the area for my forthcoming event?
From earlier pages on our site you can view the type of venues that we cater in. eg. National Trust Properties, Castles and Gardens.

I am interested in having you cater an event for me at another facility.  What do I need to do?
First, you should check with the other facility for their availability and their policy on outside caterers, then check with us.
