What a night, what a party and what a catering nightmare!  Yet you and your team took everything in your stride and fed 3,500 people as if it is something you do everyday!  Well Done.

And secondly, our "25 years' plus" dinner and cabaret events which you agreed to take on at the last moment, were really fabulous.  We've had nothing but good reports - from the ambience of the room to the quality of the food, and the friendliness of your staff.
